Pretty much my first undertaking of a wood project. Without plans - this is what I came up with. Although I did use Autodesk's Inventor to help visualize things first - which was a big help.

On top is the silverware holder with the knife slot being the longest. Plexiglass bottoms with holes keep things from falling through.

The middle item is the knife / odds and ends holder.

The bottom item is the paper towel holder.
